(Please visit the “Client Forms” section of the website to print necessary documents if you prefer to fill them out ahead of time).
Regular clients enjoy the enhanced benefits of a treatment plan, each session building on the last, ensuring positive results and transformation. Appointments & Policies
Please arrive at the scheduled time and not too early as we do not have a waiting room. If the “in session” sign is on the door we ask that you do not knock or try to enter. Please try to alert us if you are going to be late and provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. We have a tight window between appointments, so your tardiness will most likely cut into your session time. Additionally, these tight windows between appointments mean that we only have a few minutes to chat before and after each session.
Because life and sudden changes to our health are unpredictable, we do not have clients sign a formal, written 24-hour cancellation policy. However, if you are continuously late or rescheduling within a 24-hour window, we may ask for reasonable compensation of our time and have you sign a formal 24-hour cancellation policy.
We are a small business working hard to meet the specific needs of our clients by working with many different schedules. Please do your best to respect our time and we will do our best to respect yours.
As a private business we reserve the right to turn away or discontinue business with any patron for any reason at any time.
I have had the good fortune to have been a client of Ms. Simpson’s for several years now. Being older, I have had need of some of the variety of techniques available; whether it was pure relaxation, stress reduction, or targeted massage, she has been able to provide a professional degree of effective therapy. With knee surgeries, sciatica, and other more traditional aches and pains, the benefits have been considerable. I can, without hesitation, recommend her. She is professional, easy to work with, and considerate.
I met Kara 10 years ago, a friend gifted me a massage and I have gone to Kara regularly ever since. Through many years of her continued education in massage and healing I encouraged her to experiment with me and I have never been sorry. Kara is an intuitive healer with a soft heart and a huge knowledge of how the body and mind work. I would and do highly recommend Kara.
Kara is my massage therapist, who has worked with me for almost 5 years. She is continually learning new skills and techniques and honing those skills. Kara uses dōTERRA essential oils throughout her massage. Kara has very strong hands and body. She takes care of herself so she can take care of you. She has such a wonderful positive attitude you want to work with her.
Kara listens to you and your body and works with you. She is so attuned to my comfort levels and my privacy.
